Kinesiology - Touch for Health

Kinesiology is a non-invasive, energy based, therapy that aims to balance energy within the body. The practice uses muscle testing to identify when a particular stimulus is causing stress within the body. A stimulus may be physical, emotional or chemical and likewise the stress it causes may, over time, manifest itself as physical, emotional or biochemical dis-ease. Kinesiology can help us understand these stresses and crucially, it can also provide us with the tools to better managed any stresses.

Touch For Health is particular strand of Kinesiology, created by Chiropractor, John Thie is the 1970s. Within his practice, John began combining traditional Chinese medicine with the principles of acupressure, nutrition and Tibetan energy. His focus for this new practice was to give his patients practical and effective self-help methods to balance energy within their own bodies.

Touch For Health is now the most widely used system of Kinesiology in the world and is recognised as foundation training for all other Kinesiology systems. Whether you're looking for a way to improve your own wellbeing and that of your family or you wish to become a qualified and certified practitioner, the Touch For Health Synthesis training is a practical and thorough training programme, accessible to all.

The Training Course

The Touch For Health Synthesis is taught across five weekend workshops and consists of four levels plus an integration and proficiency weekend. In between workshops you practice techniques on friends and family and share experiences at the next workshop.
