Your appointment is for 1.5 hours and will begin with a good chat about where you're at and what you're looking for. I will give you an overview of the Bach Flower Remedies and how they work. Then we will use muscle testing to enable your body to select the remedies which will be most helpful for your current situation. This is usually (although not always) three remedies which together create a narrative on your emotional position right now. The pick usually covers elements of deep rooted beliefs, repeated behaviour patterns, and your present response. The Bach remedies are fascinating and so powerful.
