Tailored for you

Each one-to-one coaching session is one hour thirty minutes (although I do always try to end a session at a convenient point). Within any session we can use techniques from coaching, NLP, kinesiology or mindfulness - whatever is best for you. We will make a plan for your first session during our Complimentary Discovery Call then decide how to use future sessions as we progress through your journey.​
